- To confirm your booking, you will need to provide your travel information (arrival/departure date, flight number, number of passengers, luggage allowance), pick-up and drop-off locations, and preferred vehicle type.
- Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your transfer.
- Prices and Payment
- We offer competitive and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Fares are calculated based on the chosen route, vehicle type, and number of passengers.
- You can get a free online quote on our website before booking.
- Payment can be made securely online through our website at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards.
- Cancellations and Amendments
- We understand that plans can change. You can cancel or modify your booking by contacting our customer service team.

- We will do our best to accommodate any reasonable amendments to your booking.
- Pick-up and Drop-off

- We will monitor your flight arrival status and adjust pick-up times accordingly in case of delays (within reasonable limits).

- Waiting Time and Delays
- We include a complimentary waiting time at the airport to account for flight delays (usually 60 minutes for arrivals and 15 minutes for departures). Any additional waiting time due to customer delay may incur a surcharge.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (traffic congestion, adverse weather conditions, etc.).
- Luggage Allowance
- We offer a standard luggage allowance per passenger (clearly state the allowance in terms of suitcases/dimensions).
- Any excess luggage may require a larger vehicle and may incur an additional charge. Please inform us in advance if you have any oversized luggage (bikes, sports equipment, etc.).
- Vehicle Policy
- We offer a variety of clean and well-maintained vehicles to suit your needs and group size (mention vehicle types like saloons, MPVs, etc.).
- We cannot guarantee a specific vehicle make or model, but we will ensure a vehicle with enough space for your passengers and luggage.
- Smoking and excessive consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
- Liability
- We are committed to providing a safe and reliable transfer service. We hold all necessary insurance for passenger transportation.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the transfer service booked. We are not responsible for any missed flights or consequential damages due to delays beyond our control.
- Customer Conduct
- We expect all customers to behave respectfully towards our drivers and fellow passengers.
- Any disruptive or abusive behavior may result in termination of the transfer service without a refund.
