We offer a variety of clean and well-maintained vehicles to suit your needs, from saloons for smaller groups to MPVs for larger families or extra luggage.

We cannot guarantee a specific make or model, but we will ensure a vehicle with enough space for your passengers and luggage.
How many suitcases can I bring?
We offer a standard luggage allowance per passenger (clearly state the allowance). Please inform us in advance if you have any oversized luggage.

Pick-up and Drop-off
Where will you meet me at the airport?
Our driver will greet you at the arrivals hall (after baggage claim) holding a sign with your name.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight arrival times and will adjust pick-up times accordingly within reasonable limits.
What is your waiting time policy?
We include complimentary waiting time at the airport for flight delays (usually 60 minutes for arrivals and 15 minutes for departures). Additional waiting time due to customer delay may incur a surcharge.
